History: Alex lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Alex was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and regain custody of his daughter

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Millicent and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Egelina embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born into a rich family. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by her family.
