History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He married young, but lost his spouse to goblins. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, violet shirt, and brown tie. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Dilettante. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he seems to be bored by most things

Voice: Excited and jittery

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
