He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Detective born in the past three hundred years. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Detective but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He is typically in his Map Maker uniform, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He got into the Map Maker business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He has worked as a Map Maker like his father before him.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor
