History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The war was a terrible time for her, and Helen does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Helen was born with her mother's beautiful face. When Helen reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Miller profession.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To be a Miller again.
