Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with red colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jocelyn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
