History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: To be a Barber again; and balancing her hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult

History: Gifted from a young age, Lewis studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Through the years after Susannah was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Susannah's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Susannah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
