History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A freak accident while working with his Tailor father left him crippled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Farmer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
