History: Cecily lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bowyer who has hired him part-time. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
