Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Lance was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Marshal. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Lance was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
