Personality: She is fixated on the number 69. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vicky grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vicky. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
