History: He was born in the north. Kody was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Performer. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Merchant. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
