Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a tight fitting pastel shirt and pants. His hair is long and brown with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Nicholas lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: She is lean but muscular and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: This woman loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and an old rival family wants her found
