History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He tends to his Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When Conrad reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: 5'3" and muscular, this eastern woman wears dark leathers with embroidery. She has styled her brown hair well, parting it to the right. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a red shirt with thin black vertical stripes and red pants. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Spice Merchant born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: John was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Spice Merchant and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
