Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student she started as a Glassblower, but she got bored and became a Brewer. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shane studied abroad. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barber. He has worked as a Barber like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
