Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a blue shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and green pants. Her chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Matilda grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Matilda.
