History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Sage. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Juliana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This man is very fat, and is renowned for his bright blue suits and hats. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
