Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Peter hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
