Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'11". She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt, and her gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. Her black hair is unkempt and raggedy. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Griselda was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She bought a pickaxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: An older woman who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, she is not a threatening figure. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length black hair. Her ears are large.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Helen liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: This southern man wears black trousers with violet and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has wavy golden hair. He is baby faced.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Roger is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Roger enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom
