She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Margery was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Millicent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Millicent. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
