History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Emmeline reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: Ermina lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tanner and was forced into it by her family; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mason business.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
