History: Yvonne was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in a small forest village. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the north to a Soapmaker, Elysande learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Soapmaker and found it very stressful. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
