He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
