History: He was born in the south. Through the years after Chad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down
