Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'6". She is wearing a tight pastel one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and her gloved hand is found clutching a falchion. Her long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is a Sage first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Melissa is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Melissa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
