Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Adelaide was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She struck the Animal Trainer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
