History: Born in the east to a Baker, Roland learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Roland was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Baker. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.
