Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Emmeline is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. A true patriot, Emmeline would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Emmeline abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
