History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Gerard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gerard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
