Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Revenge; and retire the richest woman in the south

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Galiena was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Galiena's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
