The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Maynild took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor she uses now. History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Trey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her childhood dream was to be a Glassblower, but she was a colossal failure. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
