Her red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Jacoba was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When Jacoba reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
