History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelaide fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Rosalind is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born in the north. Rosalind was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Performer. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ralf studied abroad. Through the years after Ralf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ralf's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
