History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
