She wears a colorful flower in her silver hair. Her brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Gifted from a young age, Dean studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
