History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mary fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
