Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Barber kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alexandre fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the west to a Miller, Theobald learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He tends to his Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
