History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
