Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a robe, a symbol of luck around her neck, and a shortspear on her belt. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she's in love

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He wears his red hair down. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his broad white hat.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He takes great joy in being the best Beggar in town.
History: He was born in a small desert village. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Beggar. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult; and wants to work out more often

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Joan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Joan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Description: This light-skinned female typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her red hair is knotted and matted. Her blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She got into the Marshal business at a young age. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
