History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Balimaar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
