Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
