Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He very much looks the part of a Fortune-teller. He has shaved his head bald. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.
