History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has achieved small success as a Locksmith.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. After coming to the age of reason, Jocelyn took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
