History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. Jacoba enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. During her travels, Jacoba and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Jacoba discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
