History: Sybil hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His golden hair is braided into rings. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born in a small island village. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Miner, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
