History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Alex was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Masseuse, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Hubert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She is a Bookbinder first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Rohesia and her spouse have recently divorced.
