Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sage born in the past three hundred years. Charles is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and regain custody of his son
