Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: William was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
