History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. A freak accident while working with her Weaver mother left her crippled. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Ida was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Melissa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
