The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Maynild took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Everard was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
