History: He was born in the west. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Courier but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Anselm was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Anselm's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He bought a bastard sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
